Leadership

I think good leadership asseses well how much of their responsibility their followers should feel.  And none of it should be a selfish whining and venting.  They should only let them feel an appropriately stretching amount of responsibility in order to grow them and take them to the next step.  In a loving way.  In a wise, casting vision way.
