Running night

James 1:26-27 'If anyone think he is religious and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his heart, this person's religion is worthless. Religion that is pure and undefiled before God, the Father, is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world.'

Yeah I'm a hypocrite: guilty as charged. No wonder people hate Christianity when I and others hold fast to all the @#&$( things I (we) do. If Christ is being replaced by church attendance we are not only not missing out on pure glory, but if we are going to have a substitute, might as well have some fun while we are at it. My tongue bears witness of my deceptive heart daily; things just don't line up from how I live and what I say I'm all about.

'Father, close the gap between ought and do, Amen'
